1 Subscription & payments

1.1  Upfront payment

All subscription fees are due in full before service activation. Access to the platform is granted on confirmed receipt of payment. Annual billing carries a 15% discount and is the default term on every tier; 3D modelling support is quoted on the camera count at the venue rather than bundled into the tier price.

1.2  Late fees

For recurring partnerships, any payment delayed beyond 30 days incurs a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance, compounded monthly until the balance is settled in full.

2 Hardware & camera equipment

RiseUp is a software-as-a-service provider. No hardware is required for standard platform use. If a customer requests a camera purchase, RiseUp provides a third-party quote. On payment:

• The customer gains full ownership of the hardware.
• The customer assumes complete liability for maintenance, insurance, and safe operation of the equipment.
• RiseUp bears no responsibility for hardware malfunction, loss, or damage after delivery.

3 Data ownership & export

3.1  Ownership

The customer owns the raw footage they upload. RiseUp owns the metadata — extracted positional X/Y data and AI-generated insights — and holds a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use anonymised metadata to improve its scouting intelligence engine and league coefficient models.

3.2  Export fees

4 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Moroccan law, RiseUp's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from use of the platform — including tactical errors, data loss, or scouting inaccuracies — is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5 Governing law & dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes are first subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they are submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca Finance City (CFC), Morocco.

6 Modifications & termination

RiseUp may modify these terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. On termination, the customer's access is revoked and any outstanding fees become immediately due.
